Other Ways To Sink

While I was playing I noticed that the ships you sink only sink in two ways. The first is the ship sinks by the bow or front and the second is the ship sinks by the stern or back. Are their other ways a ship can go down and can they be split in two like what happened in Pearl Harbor?

I did not know our ships could roll and settle.

Settle, down by bow and stern - I've seen all that. Roll? Where? Although I do recall seeing upside down oiler/tanker hulls with the stern sticking out, propellers up. But I've never seen a ship settled and rolled belly-up or to its side.

Anyone (or everyone) seen the latest SH3 deck gun training video and how hits can effect the target ship depending on where the shell strikes and what the ship is carrying (like munitions, for example)?

I've seen that video! How you can choice the ammo type when you fire and see a fire break out all the deck of the target depending what type you used.

The secondary explosions when you score a hit are amazing! All those little oil barrels going up like rockets.

are there specific places you need to hit a ship(e.g. with torps) to get it to roll over? Because I have never seen a ship rolling over in enigma.

It has a .01 percent chance of happening (mistake in the randomizer for capsizing)

You need to add in the randomizer the chance for a ship to blow all to hell ! ! >:(
