Usn Surface Mission #9

I'm on Mission 9, going against 4 enemy DD's. The thing is, I haven't upgraded to the Stonewall Jackson DD. I'm still in command with the Charter Bull. Why is this? Can someone tell me?

Well I had the same bug until mission 10b in which I was promoted. Seems like there's a small bugs in the promotions or you just did all the missions with minimum objective requirement. You can tell that with the medals you've recieved. And have you patched your game?

maybe thats the reason. I have the patch but I have been getting lazy and completed the minimum obj. points
