The BoD has ordered some changes at USAAC and its forums. A USAAC Forum Manager has been elected and will now be in charge of managing these forums. Other changes have been ordered as well which require some setup changes, creation of 'groups', etc. These change might result is some forums not being viewable for a short period of time .. other bugs may pop-up as well. Since there are different levels of members that use these forums, each permission level must be tested etc .. which can result in errors ( Please report errors found this topic/thread).

Note: On Jan 8 and 9 .. there will be forums not viewable as in the past .. no need to report that for the dates given.

Objectives:

1) Classes / Groups of users (permission based)

2) Elimination of passwords on protected forums.

3) Group mailer system (announcement of events etc)

4) Moderation of the forums via USAAC guidelines. Establish conduct and posting rules for USAAC members

5) Forums self managed by BoD (Forum Mgr). TowNet Staff will no longer moderate or police USAAC forums with exception of TowNet CoC and ToS.

6) Signature and Avatar guidelines will be established by USAAC (conforming to TowNet requirements as well)

7) Other .. as established by USAAC Forum Manager.

Again, Please report problems here with as much detail as possible. Thank You.
