You are invited to attend the BoD meeting at City Hall. You will not have 'voice'. This means you cannot speak and be heard unless you have been granted privlage to speak. All USAAC meetings are public. The public can and will have appropriate time to speak, however, you must TEXT message to the room your desire for the floor and the topic or Item you wish to address. You will be given the floor and opportunity at the appropriate time.
