Forum Re-Structure

The Board of Directors of the USAAC has ordered the USAAC forums cleaned up and re-organized. It has also set some rules on passwords and ownership... this I am in the process of setting up now.

1) Clean up old post etc .. ..

2) Assign new passwords and ownership of forums. Forum owner is consider the main "moderator"

3) Re-organize forums.. get rid of those we don't use.

The three boards BOLDED above .. are not used, have not been used .. or simply not needed. I'm deleating this forums.

I think we need an 'ARCHIVE' forum .. I'll not create that now .. but some post that are 'old' .. should be saved for a record .. a place to look things up .. I may put that in the "City Hall" forum.

Forum ownership .. ie The party responsibility for pass-word control and is generally listed as the USAAC Mgmt or "lead" for that area. This person is normally the first person listed as the 'moderator'.

The person that is responsible or 'lead' for a given forum is the person that has 'password control'. This means they set the password .. and they decide 'who' to give that password to. At any time they can request a password change due to personnel changes.. or what ever reason.

Administrators to NOT need passwords. The only Administrator at this time is ToWF and Tbar. ToWF is a TowNet Admin. USHA-Kid will be set up as an Administrator for the USAAC forums but will NOT have access to pilot account info, as these are personal account info that TowNet system does not allow us to access.
