Practice Results USHA vs BSS Wednesaday 11/19/08

The BSS had a really good practice with USHA tonite. We tried a couple of different things just to see what the results might be.

Attending the practice was : JoKeR, Tango, Colfire, REW, Tbar and Talon.

We started out with 5 pilots for the first few rounds and sent 2 high 3 lo, this worked pretty well but tryng to get Slayer out of the game early was difficult.

Slayer and Kid are to key pilots to USHA doing well.

Flying for USHA was: Redneck, Kid, Slayer, Born, Cross, Q1 (Heavy), & Stoneface. ( They matched us man to man so teams were even throughout the evening.

We ended up winning 1 or two round out of the 10 or 12 we flew. I think if we would of had our full squad, we might have picked up a few more round.

Out tactics are sound, We pretty much played the aggressor throughout the night. So we have 2 or 3 good plans of action for flying.

We tried using LA7s on our Low Wing anf K4's high. It was ok, but I'm resigned to keeping the whole squad in K4's They have a lot better armor. and it's hard pretty hard to beat that climbing ability they have.

So all in all we are on the right track. We need to keep up the good communications. The team work is working well and we need to improve on team protection.

Ok, for this Sunday's Match Burton will be the acting C/O Tbar will be the back up C/O Third will be Zarn.

We will need everyone to make it to this match against the Warships. Key players to go after will be Madman and Salami. They will be flying high cover just like Kid and Slayer of USHA.

Good report Joker, sounds like a good turn out too, well done all that turned up. I'd would love to set up a similar session for Blue wing, have to see what we can do about that.

I would like to appologize for not attending the match. I told Tbar during the post match meeting after winning against Rb that I would definitely show and did not. It was not because of anything important in RL. I had nothing planned. I am sorry to say that my abscense was because I lost track of time while playing ANOTHER game.

I know alot who will read this will think, "What other game could possibly make you lose track?". Well the culprit is

Call of Duty 4. It's very addicting(I want that Barrett so bad lol) and I'm sure Tbar can also confirm the addicting nature of the Call of Duty franchise.

I should also mention that it was on the XBox360's LIVE and not PC. Just to give an early heads up to Tbar, incase if he was thinking about recruiting me into the ToW Army and that I wouldn't be able to play with Tides on COD4 unless you guys have also jumped from PC to consoles.

Trust me I would definitely rather play on a computer with people who I know rather than going randomly from game to game and constantly having that 1 guy who doesn't get it lol. The thing is that I use a laptop and its not exactly a "gaming" laptop. If this thing could run games like Call of Duty and IL2 then I would head out to BestBuy and get them.

Side note, while im talking about money/buying I feel I should also mention that thanks to my uncle, on Monday I will have my first job interview! It's at a movie theater and I'm happy about that too. Wish me luck.
