STAND BY>ATTENTION ON DECK>LISTEN UP

OFFICERS & GENTLEMEN of the BSS;
I reported to my C/O & X/O for violation of the USMCJ Article 31 "Conduct Unbecoming

of a Marine of the BSS! Violations of Code Specific in General as follows;

Charges 1 & 2; PC_Cutter under orders of his immediate superiors being BSS C/O &

X/O is accused of "Disobeying Orders" Charge-1, Conduct Unbecoming of a Black Sheep

Pilot Charge-2.

How does the accused plea: "GUILTY AS CHARGED" in lieu of a BSS Court Martial and

with Extenuating Circumstances!

Facts & Particulars of the case; Prosecutor, Provost Martial Cutter, Captain,

The Accused PC_Cutter on or about 12/01/07 at 2200 hrs disobeyed a direct order from

the X/O of the BSS Charge-1, The accused was asked not to posts on USAAC Forums

and or other forums pertaining to an incident transpiring from an event held on same day!,

Whereas, The accused upon his own did post on said forum USAAC against his superiors

oder not to! Count-2, Charge-2: Due to this direct violation of disobeying an order and

posting, the accused as brought shame on the BSS squadron in General for which now

has caused problems within the USAAC Community and the Allies of therein, Whereby,

the accused has shown Conduct Unbecoming of a BSS Pilot in General, and by the Accused's

own admission and omission has pleaded Guilty as charged with extenuating circumstances!

Accused PC_Cutter: I admit that I went against my X/O and posted commentary to the extent

that has caused unpleasantness through out the community, I further state, That I was angry

and wanted to retalliate, but, by doing so, caused and had a direct impact on the BSS in

General for which I did not want to harm!, but, Having done so, "I have No Excuse for my

Conduct behavior!, I can only say that I owe an apology to the BSS and Officers therein, and

I further will not 'POST OR REPLY TO POSTS, and will obey all orders, I further will state, That

I'm now a "TRUE BLACK SHEEP" among the BSS & the USAAC Community in General, I

will conduct myself appropriately and refrain from any further problems with BSS & AA in

General. I further state I will only use TS to verbalize and acknowledge flight commands &

warnings in General, and Limit the Verbalization to just that! In Conclusion, I hereby state

that I will consider the alternative to submit a formal resignation, if I believe and feel it to
