Gold Wing practices issue

I believe that the whole wing needs to decide on a day and time. I can't choose a day for everyone because one schedule does not fit everyone elses. So what I think we should do is find a day that most of us can fly, if not all, and a time during that day. Also we need to be sure that if I can't make it because of my unpredictable playing habits (somedays all day and sometimes not once all week) and Tbar can't make it (last I heard which was a few days ago he was working on getting his computer back to the way it was), that you can organize and work on the things you feel that the wing needs to improve on without the WL and .... (I drew a blank, whats the abbreviation for the second in command of the wing, XWL?) XWL around to do their job. If JoKeR is reading, this is why I asked "are you sure you want me as WL?"

Well yea... Feedback on what days and times you know or think you may be able to fly.

By the way, I removed Lippspa from the wing and placed Hang as G6. If its a problem then I can put him back as G7 and prob solved. Also, I fly 23 instead of 26 because i was given the number by JoKeR and if you look at the original 23 on the AWOL roster, we are the same person

What ever you feel comfortable doing. You have a good knowledge of the game, plus you are a pretty good up and coming pilot and I have no doubts that you will be sitting on the top of hte heap with Air Boss one day soon. You have the knack of seeing things which is great.

Thats why I picked you as a Wing Leader. You can do this, trust me. You have Tbar on your wing team. I'm sure he can give you some good advice.

As I'm writing this Hot Shot just came online. He's going to try start flying more often and I asked him to give you hand if could and he said he would like to do that.

my best time to be on would be any time after 7 during the week , TUES. if i had to pick a day. as for the weekends i will usually have to play them by ear because of work but if im off any time is acceptable. keep up the good work

oh , i wont be around to much Saturday....going to the USC vs NOTRE DAME game !!

Here are some suggestions:

Tues around 8PM

Thur around 8PM

Stay off of Sats and Fri Eve's

Stay off of Sunday.. because the squad practice is on Sundays at 1 PM or 1 hour before match time.

Actually Tbar, That should be 1 1/2 hours before match time. On our 1:30 Matches, we've been meeting at 12:00 PM This way it will give us a little break right before the match.

We'll practice for 1 hour then take a short 10 - 15 minute break then come back and go over the game plan, and starting roster.

So far i hav decided that Tuesdays at 8pm Eastern (I hope Talon meant after 7 eastern time) would be good because half of the wing has free time during that day. I'm not sure but are there any events that can interfere with the schedule? Only 2 pilots have answered, if its not a good time for Hotshot Deathmark or Hang then they should say so. If a week goes by and there are no other replies then it will be decided based on the current decision.

Remember this .. at first folks forget, late, say they didn't know.. etc. After a few weeks of this .. it becomes 'habit' and we can all meet and have great pratice and fun time. Tuesday Night --- Golden Knights of Thunder!
