So are you playing this Retail release or the Limited release from Gigex ?
What youre saying is that the game crashes when hit ESCape-Key, as you run it in 1024x768 pixels and above ?
What is your desktop size? try set them equally

I think the devs answered this one before, over at sub sims radio room, but I cant remember and cant remember what they said about it
