As it stands, and I am in no way detracting your fine work, Shawn and co., but the AI of the aeroplanes is daft. I mean, they don't make concerted attacks, but come in dribs and drabs. Very hard to convince someone that this is the cream of the Imperial Luftwaffe when an entire staffel of DH 98s is wiped out by one merchantman.

I've had an idea for improving AI. Most of it is explained by the description, but here is an example of Local AI, as I envision it:

A Squadron of Sunderland Flying Boats, escorted by Swordfish fighters, leave Gibraltar to attack a German Naval base in Toulon. About halfway there they encounter a Staffel of Mosquitoes on a Coastal Shipping strike. The Swordfish peel off and tally-ho the jerries. The Sunderlands now tuck it up and fly as tight a formation as possible. Any survivors from the dogfight now head towards the s.25s, the mozzies to whack them, the Stringbags to protect them.

You get the Idea, don't you?

As a LFN commander i love to say that the Sunderlends WW2 nickname was the flyingporcuping on account of its armament and I think a squadren of Sunderlends would be able to fight of a staffel of mossyes

and the effectiveness of the stringbag was its slow speed huh: in the Bismark strikes no stringbags where lost as the AA guns could not move slowenough endeed the best mode of defence agenst them was to totaly drop the elevation of the main guns and fire infront of the Stringbags in the hope that the water splashes would hit the plains omg:

I watched a Sunderland crash into a merchantman yesterday. The merch was just floating along, waiting to for my torp to hit, and this Sunderland swoops down and smacks the boat dead amidships for no obvious reason.

Aircraft AI are at the top of the (growing) list for the next iteration. The Aircraft AI is not capable of cooperative attacks, etc. currently.

Dogfights would be nice to watch too...but not at the expense of MP!

MP is the focus of the next (or possibly one after) patch. It is our main focus and as we have personnel to handle it, then the patch.

I think it's incredible what you've done. I rolled credits the other day, and by my count you've only got something like twenty people in your whole company.

Anyway, we have complete faith in you.
