Ok I DLed the patch from the Download sites section, which I presume is the AUS Beta Patch.

Question is can I do a reinstall with teh original CD when I need to straight over my ERT folder? or do I need to Uninstall?

I ask because I know of heaps of games you can jsut reinstall over with no issues, and it woudl be easier for me in teh short term

For the Australian version you must have installed the previous Australian patch. This is available from our Publishers (AURAN) website: http://www.auran.com

Correct. I had installed the original 13 Mb patch from Auran,then simply installed the new patch and everything works like a dream

No re-install or anything.

And yes I installed the smaller 13mb patch from AUran ages back.

And now have installed the latest Patch 55+mb (which I thought o be a Beta LOL)
