What About Schnorkel?

Ok batteries are very limited, donno if it's done on purpose, but anyway schnorkel should be implemented a least when your at periscope depth and at slow speed not faster then 2/3, at least you could survive a bit more even if batteris are out.

This has been debated like 1000000000000 times, unforturnally I cant recall the outcome of it, but I thin k it will be invented later on in the Enigma history.
