It appears that ERT is VERY touchy about overclocking. After playing the game for hours and hours the other night. I overclocked my processor a little to see if

there was any dif to the game. Well the mic would work for maybe 5 min. Then quit, but it would work in windows. I turn my processor back down and it now works fine.

Try that.

Do you have a separate sound card or are you using one onboard your PC's motherboard?

I confirmed it last night. BUT what I did was overclock first, then installed Enigma. And it works fine. I'm thinking that it does some sort of timing check

for the voice I/O on installation.

But if you install Enigma, then overclock, it screws up.
