Tides of War

After getting stuck at USN Surface Campaign mission 6, I got to thinking that it would have been awfully helpful to have a cheat to skip a mission or to win a mission hands down (faster shooting, invincibility, whatever).

I personally have no interest in this otherwise but as a tool to move on after failing to pass a campaign mission over and over again.
