With the current law suit against GMX media, i have noticed that E-RT is still on sale in the UK. Surley Tesseraction Games would of stopped bash: GMX saleing E-RT in the uk if they where not paying up royalties

Just a few more dollars in unreported (by GMX) revenue that TAG will recoup in court
Besides, you want as many folks as possible buying the game so they get hooked and by the addons.

It has to do with the legal rules of engagement. We can't hunt them down and kill them, as tempting as that is, but we should finish up with the Royal Courts soon and be granted an injunction against them.
My guys starve while GMX takes our money. Won't be long now, they'll get theirs.
