I think your videocard is below the minimum spec. you need atleast a GF2 w/32MB RAM or ATi Radeon w/32MB RAM

S3's engine is to my knowledge based on ATi's Rage Chipset

The demos arent using the same code stuff as the retail does

The Ram on the card is not the issue, the chipset is... ATi's Rage Engine is not supported, its too old. :)

Hi Jesper, I have the same prob with the white screen showing when I try an underwater F5 view.

My video card is an SiS 650_651_M650_M652_740 (what a name notify: ) total memory 64MB

Hewlett P say I'm using the latest Driver ( Version 6.14.0001.2150 dated 26/Feb/2003)

My Comp is a Pentium 4, 2.66GHz

Running Windows XP

DirectX 9.0b

Do you think that mine is like sane-scotty's...simply not supported? I mean it isn't too old is it?

A great game anyway...can live without the underwater F5 if I have to...woud have been a great bonus that's all :D

Yes its the same problem, the enigne in your card is outdated and cant display/process the graphics that Enigma is designed to.

Soon as I found out that Enigma from X date didnt support my ATi Rage engine I rushed out and bought a new GF Fx5200 :)

Its not the card that is old, its the chipset on it.

The minimum is an GF2 with 32MB RAM or ATi equviliant card (that be Radeon 5500 and above i think)

Oh and trust me its worth an upgrade, the game looks much different with a compatible card buxton:
