Recruting Officer.

Tbar is now our new recruiting officer. Should any of you have any people asking to join the Black Sheep, Please Direct them to Tbar.
Tbar will conduct the interviews and help get these people set up properly on Team Speak.
Tbar, to get started please accept TangoX3. He has already been advised by Tango that he cannot use the Tango tag because we alreay have one.
Perhaps suggest SouthWind or SouthernWind (A bit t long actually).
