NOTICE TO ALL BSS SQUAD MEMBERS.

IF YOUR ARE FLYING IN FFA, EVERYBODY IS A TARGET WHETHER OR NOT ARE THEY FLY A BSS TAG.

VIPOR A SYSOP CONFRONTED ME TODAY. HE SAID THAT SOME OF OUR PILOTS ARE NOT SHOOTING OR KILLING OTHER BSS TEAM MEMBERS. HE SAID THAT THIS IS A "PASSIVE / AGRESSIVE" WAY OF TEAMING.

I TOLD HIM I WOULD LET EVERYONE KNOW OF OUR DISCUSSION.

Yes, it was me and some other pilot of our squad

we were flying this morning on ffa and we were just passing few times..

but we weren't teaming agains't anyone.

and Sysop Vipor discussed it already with us on a room he created after he asked if we like to have a 2v1 arena with him.

I usually don't shoot anyone on ffa unless he started to shoot me first or felt he have the intention to do so (specially if he is one of my squad brothers or a new pilot), I have many reasons, first is that i don't like alot of interruptions while turn fighting with someone on ffa. beside i don't want to get any new pilots in general (whether or not from my own squad, to get frustrated or hate this game if he kept getting killed most of the time..i think i would better try to help him getting better with the game)

I know it's a bad habit and wrong..

but anyway i usually end up fighting with all very soon lol

ok, sorry for that..from now on, i will hold no exceptions and have no mercy for anyone

I'm trying not to point fingers at anyone and yes I'm well aware of who it was that Vipor spoke too.

I try not to disclose any of this information, because, we all sometimes choose not to shoot our own team mates. Personally I think that that is ok, but if a Sysops gives a cease and desist order, I have to pass it a long.

I spoke to Tbar about this situation and he suggested that if 2 or more BSS members are in FFA, then they should go to teams and start play there. Yes it would be lonely for a little while, but when people see that there is someone in teams then they will join too. It happens almost every time.

I agree with Tbar on his suggestion. Otherwise, don't fly with a BSS tag in FFA. If any to people from whatever team are flying tags in FFA, they are going to get called on it anyway.

So there it is. I don't need to know who did what, because the Sysops are going to tell me who's doing what.

or fly teams with my BSS mates on teams arena.

Let me give you a little history .. and also tell you all that this situation is my fault.

When BSS was started the pilots would go into private area to build rank .. then go into FFA and loose all the rank they had gained. Tisk tisk I says. I advise all NOT to use their BSS tag in FFA, however note that Tbar always uses his BSS tag (at that time it was a ToW tag). Because I used my tag .. other probably thought they should as well.

Gain rank .. loose rank.. gain rank in private area .. loose rank in FFA. Frankly I got sick of that and told all the BSS pilots NOT to shot down their own team mates. Members said .. isn't that against the FFA rules? Yes, I inform them .. but .. can't you make a 'choice' of targets? Can't you decide what is a good target for you .. and who is not? So there is born a 'choice' which has slowly transended into something else.

Frankly .. at the start of this 'choice' policy .. no one cared because BSS was "EZ MEAT' anyway Eyes were closed .. and no big deal.

Now .. things have changed and BSS is not that easy as a group .. and sometimes down right dangerouse to opposing pilots. Now the powers that be .. simply can't ignor what BSS is doing and must call us on this. We were informed very nicely .. and correctly. It is now uppon us to honor what is right. You still have a 'choice' mind you .. but your being watched.

I advise .. that FFA is NOT a place to learn .. and really not the place for BSS pilots. There is no order or directive to STAY OUT of FAA. If you do go to FAA .. it is advised .. strongly advised that you do NOT use a ToW or BSS tag.

I learn so much from every practice .. that it is my feeling that we always have a BSS room .. with no password .. and practice, practice, practice ......... especially when we tell each other what we did wrong .. and what we did right for a given situation.

I advise when practice is boring and the 'need for killing' is running rampage thru your veines.. you go to teams. If teams is empty .. it won't be for long once a BSS member is there :")
