hello gents...i haven't been on much lately but I'm thinking it would be awfully fun to see the entire squad together. I think that relaxing a bit and getting to know each other will help us all out especially w/ the new recruits (or old pilots coming back) w/ out having to worry about getting ready for a match. I can remember 1 instance where a large majority of BSS showed up to play in the teams arena at once and it was a lot of fun..so here's my suggestion:

SUGGESTION: ( maybe this should be something we do for the monthly roll call ???)

1. all members on TS ( 10 - 20 MIN. for roll call )

2. ROLL CALL: Member states name- tags/or aliases ( if any you want us to know)- wing association- preferences on wingman/ planes- regular times / schedules able to play AA- hometown - or any other info you'd like to share.

3. PRACTICE: Break up into wing groups and practice on communication and wings flying together but w/ different objectives......

EXAMPLE: ( WL's to call out all ALT. coverages ) HIGH: angels 8+ thru angels 10+, Mid: angels 5+ thru angels 10-, Low: angels 5- thru deck.

RED WING: MID ALT- contact & engage enemy

GOLD WING: HIGH ALT- top cover

BLUE WING: LOW ALT- low cover

i would like to see the BSS show up in masses more often when possible. (just my opinion..)

I agree all the way!

There is a problem though with time zones and what not. I would like to get together as a team and fly but we would need another team so maybe we could arrange a friendly against some one and try the wing assignments out. Even if we can't arrange a friendly i would still like to get together so new pilots or pilots coming back can meet the rest of the squad and get to know one another.

Talon I would love to have the whole squad report for roll call on TS. That would be a lot of fun.

Bry-Z you're a mind reader. Tbar and myself where talking just the other day about a inter squad competition. That would be loads of fun, and it may come sooner than you think.

Getting the times right for all wings is the hard part. I'm thinking that the Aussie guys may need to get up a little early.

If we started at 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time (Washington D.C) it would make it the following in other areas

8:00 PM Saturday in London, England

10:00 PM Saturday in Cairo, Eygpt

6:00 AM Sunday in Brisbane, Australia

7:00 AM Sunday in Sydney, Australia

Now if the Aussie guys wouldn't mind waking a little early this could be doable. I don't really see another way around it. The US wings wouldn't have much of a problem scheduling. The Euros and Assuie's would. Hopefully we can get a few more Aussies in the Squad and maybe form another Wing. This way we can have 4 independent wings and they can practice at their leisure, but for competitions this would be about it.

Kool, I'm glad that we're not the only two people thinking about this. I'm happy to wake up a little early to do this, It will have to be a Sunday so it will be a Saturday for u guys. Well it could be any day really but some time during Saturday (Friday) and Sunday (Saturday) would be great. I leave for school at 8:00am and so 6:00am and take an hour to do what i need to so that would be fine.

Also Sheep and I r getting along well. We are a great team ( I'll send you a video of us doing a maneuver, it only took two tries. I stuffed up with my joystick though.) He asked me about the team and i told him our CO and XO and the names of all our pilots that i know of. He was interested so i got him to get Team Speak and he has, i will soon get him to join the ToW server. He is only a half member because he is not a member of our forums i don't think. So i need to know how to get him in for his sake of being a full member of the team.
