Hi Kids.

I would like to propose bringing back the old 1.5 style

squad matches from the gaming zone days

The last team standing format was used.

Each match has 7 rounds.

Best out of seven,winner gets 1 point for match winner.

All points during match are added up at end of league

to determan the winner.

example,,,,, xo vs xx.. xo gets 3 points xx gets 4 points and 1 point for winning the match.

xx would be the league winner with 5 points.

xo 2nd place with 3 points. And so on.

A 15 alt limit to keep the action fast.

2 square map limit.

No crying about scoring here as it is LTS, Thus no base pinning.

If a squad cant win without pinning a base this is not for them.

Last team standing takes alot of team effort.

It is based on pilot skills and team communication.

This would be more tightly run than the LTS fun event.

If a pilot goes beyond the map limit the other team gets the round,no exeptions.

same with alt limit.

Pilots taking off after death will have the same effect.

I have talked to many pilots that would like to see this league format.

I now put it forth for discussion.

Pinning was never an issue with LTS, since everyone takes off at the same time.

Lord help me for asking, but what squad tag format will be used?

What does it matter what tag is used as long as that tag is registered, And that info is there for all to see all you have to do is click on the squad and all tags are listed. before all matches me or Joker would look and see who we were flying against and wait and see who came in and looked up who they were, so like i said before and i'll say it again its real easy if you dont know who is flying what tag......LOOK IT UP....

and give some input.

Name tags to me are not important as long as they are registered.

But that would be up to the league manager ( aka Knightmare) I think We have a league

I am soooo misunderstood lately.....

As i posted on UK AA:

Last time this was a league. Ge vs SU, all planes avaiable on each base. That line down the middle? SU headed towards GB, GE headed towards US, neither team could cross that centre line for 5mins. 5 Mins into the game, ref shouts SCRAMBLE, then teams are free to engage.

If i remember correctly, was a 10k alt limit.

Also no AA Guns on, to avoid hiding in AA.

This league may be from 1.5, but has been ran in AA a couple times. Last time was back on GC Pro mind you, poss DBE. GC Pro had the ability to make all planes avaiable on a runway, where KAA did not.

Sorry Temp....not directed at you just on the whole before everyone and their dog pipes in about the tags. Be sides this is a thread about a possible fix to the scoring of the game not about tags lets see if we can keep it on track folks

Since the ref can't see the altitudes, how will the alt limit be enforced?

since the ref will be parked all players should be recording.

The ref will also be recording.

if a pilot see's another pilot over the alt limit he reports it right away.

Recordind is then reviewed after the match is over.

but only if a report is made.

This is the only way I see of controlling this. Or it can be revewed anyway just to be sure there

where no rules broken.

The last LTS league has been held on KAA by Sal as a saturday night league.

Rb did very well there and I like this game-format. Would like to play it again.

You can register and fly with whatever tags you want but as long as you can?t tell apart the single planes due to tags like [REBELLEN]_ , such tags should be disallowed. I haven?t a problem with letters and numbers though.

The visible chars on a tag in arenas is 10 (or 12 ?) and if you fill these chars with similar tags and add something to the end nobody can see, we should consider to disallow it. Well, it wont be allowed in next TAA-league anyway.
