2 squad to resume

The league will resume this Sunday and we'll play the matches that we were supposed to of played last week.
The overall ratio issue will left as it is for now, but it will be monitored so we can get a clearer picture of what's happening.
AA deaths will count as -1 ratio point, all refs will be given clear instructions on how to record these accurately, where a game has no ref, screenshots from both C/O's must be mailed to either Wiz or myself. This will be reviewed at the halfway point in the league.
