PC is Pilot Cadet .. we give the 'rank' to all new pilots until they have better planes and understand the 'basics' .. and .. are attending practices and its apparant they really want to be part of the Black Sheep.

PO is Pilot Officer .. it has no meaning other than you are above the 'basic' and a regular part of the squad... valuable member, etc.

NOTE: BSS does not support 'ranks'. We are all equal .. and all important to the squad.
