Game Crashes On Lfn Sub Mission #10

Is this the same problem with the German sub mission 10 - ie the mission itself, or is it my pc cant hack all those ships.
Gonna send off a DXDIAG report tonight.
Just to let you know - I have done all the patrols with all the factions without a crash - so it may not be my PC.
Oops by the way:
I have turned the sound accelaration to none.
Turned the sound off and music off.
And I still have the same probs.
