Nitro My Friend .. do you have ears?
Can your retain what you hear and read?
Do you just like to see your name on the forums?
Do you just like to be the center of attraction?
Are you just proving to us all that you are ... what your avatar suggests?
What is your game? Why don't you just go talk to some CO's and XO's and other officals and get input .. why not just express any concerns to them. Why do you have to attack and make accusations and stire something up when there is no need?
If I (Tbar) quit the BSS squad, quit playing AA, resigned and servered all ties with the USAAC .. would you then be satisfied? What would be the next non-issue you feel needs to be stired up? Who would be next on your personal hit list? I realize you are hurt because you have been 'discharged' from several groups within AA. You feel that you should be in some position of power and have constant spot light upon you, it is not my doing that has not come to pass but your own. Please, do find a quite corner and sulk .......... people are just tired of this kind of posting and banter.
For those that might feel some answer is appropriate, I'll try. But rest assured no matter what answer is given .. it would not be good enough, clear enough or satisfactory for Nitro .. but here goes anyway.
1) I have never .. ever .. claimed to have "no ties" with Tides of War. Totaly Rediculous. Anyone .. that knows anything .. about Tides of War or me "knows" I am one of the Administrators. Nearly everyone knows that I am the CO of the BSS which is a 'sponsored' battle group with Tides of War. Why do you think they used a ToW tag?? Yes, TowNet and the ToW Club agreed to opening up the BSS as an Air Attack Club.. and further more they agreed last month to let us open a second AA Battle Group. Geee .. more pilots and more positives .. guess that is bad eh?
(To Caveman: A simple and basic domain name search will tell .. even a caveman.. that I am connected to Tides of War .. as well as airattack.us Does that mean I own USAAC? I think not. It is just a simple fact that you can't have a domain name unless someone owns it .. someone or some entitity has to own a domain)
2) TowNet is the controlling entity of Tides of War. TowNet is three individuals. TowNet takes care of all the legals and technicals. The 'Tow Club' administrates all things that are public and visible within the Tides of War website as well as gaming servers and membership control. It is TowNet ... not Tides of War that was kind enough to setup USAAC and host this site. Tbar "DID NOT DO THAT WORK". TowNet Staff did all that work and set up the server side to accommodate the full domain of airattack.us . Yes, they were kind enough to do so. Yes, I asked them to approve it. So .. what is the beef? You want to look a gift horse in the mouth?
3) Quoting the cave man
And that explains why he put US Air Attack forums on Tides of War site. So his website would generate more hits. I knew something was very fishy at the very beginning when he put US Air Attack on TOW forums. When he could have very easily gave us our own private forums. But instead, he went into a very long song and dance reply, like he always does.
You really are a cave man level thinker..
Tides of War has a google rating .. USAAC does not. So it is the USAAC that hurts the google rating of Tides of War.. a complete reverse Mr Caveman .. so keep your mouth shut about that. TowNet lets us put an AA Advertisement right on the front page of Tides of War. Why? To draw more pilots into the USAAC Community that visit Tides of War .. not the other way around. That advertisement in no way benefits Tides of War
Tides of War does NOT need any "hits" generated by the small amount of traffic thru the USAAC and the use of their forums .. totally ridiculous. USAAC and its services "consumes" ToW resources and adds nothing back in return, USAAC does not pay one red dime.
As I have explained many times .. the forums that TowNet supports for Tides of War is a Multi-gaming forum as well as Club Forums .. its shared by many. What the USAAC needed was something fast an ez, something no one had to put many hours into to get started. We also wanted something 'secure'. USAAC has a 'custom' built skin that cost TowNet and its member "cold cash". Do you think that the look and feel of USAAC came that way "out of the box"? (
Go here for a reality check) TowNet Organization and the ToW Club that provides the funding has spent plenty to help the USAAC get started and all they hear in appreciation from one Mr Nitro is petty complaints and insinuations .. not once a 'thank you".
