Ok fellas,

Heres another gripe that somewhat pertains to graphics requests for your tag, non-participation and awards and ribbons.

I believe that we should no longer honor graphics requests from new memebers till we make darn sure they are going to stay and fly with us. Maybe that should be the first badge of honor they earn after the probationary period. That way we won't have Tbar or whoever working on them when the TEAM members who get them don't appreciate them enough to show up and fly with us. Hell maybe we should take back the ones that are in use from the non-combatants and store them till they decide they want to be a part of our TEAM!

"Getting your colors" .. now that has promise .. I like that. Seems to me that is more than just 'getting your wings"

perhapse after attending a set number of events or/and practices they should earn this? save the work being put into sigs for people getting wasted on unapreciative half hearted people.

I'm all for it, who and when came make the decision to do it? Is it going to be after a good length of time of team participation or after just playing a few of games with us? Can the non-particpants have there colors stripped, but re-issued if they have a change of heart and decide to be a part of our squad in good standing?

I may be wrong, but the way I see it as of right now, there are only about 10 or 12 if even that many that deserve to have their colors.
