Post/webmaster What Are They?

One question: What is the postmaster and webmaster? i.e What is position in general and a brief discription on its duties. I have heard of the title before but not beyond that. I have absolute no idea what they do just a hunch.

Postmaster oversees all things EMAIL.
Webmaster oversees all things WEB Related.
Most likely if you have to ask what they are and do, then you are not qualified for said position. I realize you may just be asking out of curiosity. There is a Help Wanted post in this area that does give a brief and simplified description of each job.
