is there any hot key in the game?
i find it is too hard ot sink enemy's ships...

There's lots of good advice here in this forum.  I would suggest just taking some time out to review some of the material here, also make sure you start with the easier training missions.

The key to enigma is practice 

Not sure what you mean by 'hot key'.
