USS Sub #6:
Mission Orders:

(USS LIONFISH) Close with the RNE convoy and sink any oilers you find there, tankers should be sunk too

Intelligence:

A persistant RNE alliance destroyer is after LIONFISH, up ahead is an LFN convoy appearantly under attack.

This mission ?

Here is what I did:

I went to periscope depth, and when the destroyer ws close enough, I sank it... now I had free play at the other ships, + as far as I remember there is another SUB in the area (german sub that is also attacking the convoy).

When you have taken out the DD you can surface and get in real close to the convoy (if youre too far away).

The mission orders are pretty simple "SINK EVERYTHING" :)

Code: Select all

(USS LIONFISH)  Close with the RNE convoy and destroy any oilers you find there.  Tankers should be sunk also.

Good work, Lionfish.  Sounds like a brilliant strategy.  Our charts indicate no other U.S. subs were out your way, so the other bogie the RNE tangled with wasn't one of ours.  A U-boat, maybe?
