For gods sake, dont use the damn starforce cd check thing in ch 2 if possible. From the complaints on this forum it looks like most people are having problems with it(myself included).

We will likely still use Starforce, but we are working directly with them to be able to give a NOCD key (system and user specific) to registered users. We have not had any of the problems that we regularly hear complaints about. But our systems are kept up to date, we observe best practices and no issues. It hasn't even bothered our Nero system.

Thank you east. I need to clean starforce every couple of times and even then it doesnt always work.

A stable NOCD fix would be a godsend. Some of us have to use our optical drives for other things too.

For what it's worth, if you do use Starforce, I will NOT be buying the new game.
