at what point do you get to use battleships and other capital ships ?

In the current version of the game (USA GOLD version) you can unlock battleships by completing the IGN or LFN campaigns but not the USA campaign..
There are no other capital ships currently.
But you could send lots of money to TAG to help speed up development of the next chapter which is in progress and promises new stuff then..
