I was just thinking the other night about how weak the ign destroyer is when it comes to withstanding shells, and (in my opinion) how supereior the usn and lfn destroyers are to the barbarossa. anyone else agree?

On the contrary, the IGN tub is tougher than the others, especially the Alliance. However, it is pig slow and tricky to get an advantage in no. of guns that can bear.

well one has to be loyal to the LFN however I do like the Fletcher but my fav Real Destroyer has to be the Tribal Class:)

I think the barbarossa is the best,cus it got 8,yes 8 guns,it's relative fast,it ride smoother on rough seas,and it can take a good deal of punishment.So there's my vote

I voted for the Alliance-class destroyer. Six 5" guns in three turrets gives it an impressive broadside, and 8 torpedo tubes is a better spread than any submarine can launch. It's fairly fast and has a fire control tower unlike its German counterpart. All things considered, a satisfactory vessel.
