Cd Key Error :o

Hehe well My cd key validation slip thingy was missplaced a while back and I just installed Engima: Rising Tides once again and it asked me for it. So I searched online and found this QQCCLR-863VZM-XA42CH-AYY44D. I entered it and it gives me "Disk Error! Protection System could not match the entered key to the disc in the drive. Please make sure you entered a correct key."
I just emailed Technical support but do you have any sugestions on what I should do next?

he is using the correct cd-key for the US Retail 2.1.4 (DreamCatchers) and as far as Im aware there no other "Retails" that requires key. So I dont know, maybe he has to try the STF3 removal tool (link to download in the pinned downloads)

What do you mean by STF3 removal tool?
