One bit of confusing terminology that I have found is the use of the word Report. It is used to describe posts, but also used to actually report offensive posts.

Having the REPORT button in the upper right of each post has confused me, because on virtually every other MB I am on, that is where you click to make a reply to the message.

Is there any way to change the terminology to be less confusing?

The boards have been in use for over 5 years. This is one of four different boards that are run by TowNet. Some are public, some are not.

The decision to use this style of board was because of it's ease. No disrespect intended but in that entire time, this is the first "grievance" we have received.

Noted, but the boards will stay this way for a while.

The point is valid but I don't see it as a problem. I never noticed it until you mentioned it Father Rob :)

I've been reported 192 times!?!? =D

Although you are by no means the first to accidentally use 'report' instead of reply ;)

Doesn't "report" mean to go left again, the opposite of restarboard? 😳
