Ok I'm at mission 10b as a german surface ship, thing is the battleship i'm escourting takes like 1 or 2 hits n then its game over for me but the battleship is still able to take a pounding if i play on :s.

So i downloaded some patches to see if that'd fix it but when i try and use them it comes up as bad install or somthing along those lines. I uninstalled the game and started again but same prob, cna anyone help?

You should only download the gold patch that matches your retail version.

so where do i get that one then? cause i got the gold patch for us but its for one thats already patcheD? and as for mission saw the help forum . so i must've downloaded wrong gold patch then cause its got like 2.3.7 or somthin like that then - gold patch :s

The US version is 213. You should grab the US213->300 Gold patch, and be sure to make a clean install if you have previous patches installed skipper.
