Can someone give me some advice on how to best control a PT boat using voice control.

I am not new to the game but new to voice control and i find it difficult to change course in small amounts to line up to fire torps!

Can some one tell me how to control the heading in small amounts?

rudder port one degree

I know im going to sound really stupid .... but do i actully say "rudder port one degree" or "set rudder one port)
