I've tried to register at warfleet.net

After filling up the form I've was allowed to downoad a file named qreg.exe

The file doesn't want to execute on my Win XP Pro saying "it is 16bit MS DOS applicaiton". A I never received anything on my mailbox. Please help!

What did I do wrong?

Your XP settings aren't allowing the CGI application to run, instead it tries to download it. You can put the same information into an email and send it to support@warfleet.net with the subject: REGISTRATION
