Rudder On Lfn Dd

I was playing with the LFN DD once, i told it to go "hard to port" which it did, and all of a sudden i see this big red thing sticking out of the water to my left. i zoom in, and i see that its my rudder. so then i turn "hard to starboard". the rudder disappears underwater, and reappears on the right side of the ship. i have downloaded the most recent patches for the USA version, i think they were like 213A/B or something like that. is any1 else experiencing this same prblm?
