I can't get the voice commands feature to operate. My mic works when I am on teamspeak, but not when using Enigma. I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong, but it must be something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you have a problem, always give the readers a list of your hardware like this:

CPU 2.6ghz

AUDIO soundblaster audigy - latest drivers

SYSTEM RAM 1gig

OPERATING SYSTEM WinXP - service pak1 & 2

MIC/HEADSET - standard sound card plug-in or USB drivers required?

Email to tesseraction game tech support email address, and usually East himself can help you.

You may need to run a DirextX diagnostic by going to your start button, click RUN, then enter DXDIAG in the window and hit enter. Save the text file that is generated by clicking the appropriate option, then email it as an attachment to East.

Please describe your problem, "It doesnt work" simply wont do it cause there is no way we can know what isnt working.

Assuming that you are getting a "Microphone Failed" in Enigma:::

Do you have the Enigma Speech Engine (sAPI) installed?

It's located on the CD, please reinstall it.

Then click Start->Settings & Printers->Control Panel->Speech, click on "input", and from the pulldown select your Soundcards Wave Device, click on "OK"

Then click "Train Profile" and complete atleast 2 tests, so Windows will recognize your voice/accent. (Preferly you should complete them all, and to make it even more perfect do them twice).
