Us Patrol #8 (i Think)

It is the patrol where you have to protect the Tigres DD while its crew boards a merchant.
Anyway I do fine untill the Tigres goes to leave and I need to kill the merchant. See the Tigres kills it herself and the missions jsut keeps going and going.
