Hello all

I was thinking about the alternant time line of ert and was thinking, the USN should have old spanish-american warships in it arsenal (in fact we did use those ships in ww1) and since we didn't enter the war they should be in our inventory, they should be there.

I have a thought about the mtbs the arment besides the fishes are wather weak the should be added to forinstance instaed of just having 20mm, 40mm,50cals a 1inch gun or the Hotchkins 3 pound rotary cannon would be nice (they are outdated but it could be updated in the game ) beside the russian useed them IN WW2.

The secondary armnent of the ships should be the Hotchkins as well and being able to jumo behind a twin 5inch mount would be good as welll.

It would be nice to see WW! era topedoe boats as well Image enigma!:

Thanks

Nice idea, but there are four decades between the Spanish-American War and Enigma. That's quite long. If these ships had existed up to 1938 they would have been copletely out of date, even if they had been modernised. I doubt that they would have kept these ships that long (but then the Russian army still has depots full of tanks and Artillery from the 40s and 50s...)

But well... should the US look really bad in the multiplayer war maybe they reactivate their old pre-Dreadnought fleet in a last attempt to stop the IGN ;)

The oldest U.S. steel hull war ship in existence today is the Olympia from WWI, she was dry docked in 1945 for refurburshing then docked in Philly, Pa.

She is still on display today, although her hull is in need of some serious repair as time has taken it's toll on her.

Just thought you might like to know.
