I should think English as the commonwelth is part of the LFN Australia, NZ, Canada

If the Designers have said it's a collaboration... then it's a collaboration, end of story.

What "BBs and Carriers"? How do you know whether the Designers may not decide to have some of these purchased from say Italian or Russian sources?
