Tides of War

I purchased the game through Best Buy..

Installed and also dl'd the us patch...

Everything is working fine except that I cannot enter my name country or state..

those three areas will not accept any mouseclicks or keyboard entries except the tab key it works....I uninstalled and reinstalled once including the patch..no luck..

I'm probably missing something somewhere but don't know what it is...would greatly appreciate a little help.... huh:

I had this problem during beta testing - but as I recall it only exibited itself the first time the game was run after installing the patch.

Try after restarting Enigma.

else try create your player before you patch it up. I cnt say i have noticed this and I have 5-6 profiles created along with the beta's released

tried both responses guys.. no joy...maybe I'll have to live with being "Jacques Sparrow from Oregon" thats what was on the page on initial install and it won't let me change anything on those 3 lines ...rest of the page works fine....

If you click in the NAME box on the preferences screen, it doesn't accept any keystrokes? Click at the end of the name then press the backspace key - does it remove letters?
