I?ve never played this games due to a never solved problem. So I waited 6(?) months for patch and this patch is even buggy?

Everything is on hold at TAG, since they are training new Programmers & Artists in knowing Enigma.
So there is no timeline right now

It may take us slightly longer than that, but we have a deal in the works that requires it to be ready by September 15th.
We have another programmer joining our ranks shortly and will be able to pick up the pace even further in about 30 days.

It's early morning in Oregon at the moment, and when you wrote your post it was still Sept 14th at the west coast
