,you're more than welcome to run a poll on tags.
After the beating I got and losing long time friends over that thread, you won't be seeing me posting any discussion threads or running a poll in the foreseeable future. :(

If you lost friends because of this, they weren?t friends at all and I?m sure everyone can do without such friends.

It is the right of anyone to start a discussion or a poll anywhere. This is not only the right of the free-speech, it is the responsibility of humans with a common sense. Some discussions and polls are really unnecessary and needless.

This discussion surely wasn?t.

If you want to give up Temper, this is no problem at all. I?ll run such a poll before the next league starts.

Thanks Tulla, it's all yours. Image

I would be remiss if I didn't say I received a lot of support on that thread as well, and it did not go un-noticed by me. There were those that dis-agreed with my suggestions, but they remained civil during the discussion. I applaud them for that.

Anyways, I've dragged this thread off-topic, sorry Nemo.

TEMPER!

You are the man! TEMPER for President! Your contributions and thoughts for the GOOD of the game is noticed by USHA and myself. We need more informal leaders that have the passion to keep the game 'Fun' and 'Competitive' at the same time, for all AA teams and new and exisiting pilots!

Keep up the postings!

I learn alot about the game and the people flying in it from threads and postings. Good or BAD, we all "LOVE this GAME" and should respect each other comments and points of view when it comes to the GAME!

I respect you and your friendship, TEMPER!

You are always welcome to USHA!

Fury m8, I can't believe you still think this. There was never any intention to force US squads to fly at an inconvenient time. If the original fixture list had any such fixtures it was either an error OR a US vs US fixture which meant the 8.30pm time was a US time. The UK club was (wrongly?) led to believe TS couldn't fly weekdays at all so the fixtures were all moved to Sundays mainly to accommodate you! Also, I think the UKAA club might have been talking to the wrong person in TS about this? Anyway it all led to TS pulling out of the league and leaving the rest of us a bit baffled.

If you never knew the fixtures had been moved then it's clear that none of this should have happened. Now that the league is to be restarted maybe you should get your squad back on board with the rest of us and take the opportunity to start kicking a**e again :) .

Ahh Gari sir,

Thanks m8 for your kind words, but sir, when the fixtures came out we were set to fly on Tue. at 2pm and on Sun. at 2pm. We all work and would have no one to fly on Tuesday (no way) so why would we want to join? Also some of our top pilots also work on Sun and wouldn't have time to get home and get ready to fly in time. I do think it is very nice that Nemo would allow TS to play but there is just to much bad blood out there right now and with the the LTS coming up, who knows, its all up to our CO. Please, you said that the fixtures were moved around because of TS? Are you kidding me? Im sure they were moved because of the times in general. Not many USA pilots would be able to make any weekday match in the early afternoon. Again m8, its not up to me to get TS on the board, thats up to our CO. I told Nemo to email him awhile back (not sure if he did or not) Did you Nemo? Anyway no big deal, we have been and are waiting in the weeds for the SNL to start back up and with the talk of LST (sounds like a blast) im sure we will be heating up for those matches.

Understood Fury, but you are missing the point somewhat. The 1st draft of fixtures were not set in stone and the fact that they were changed proves this. Someone in TS only needed to ask but appeared to choose not to. Where the 'bad blood' is, and why this mistake should have a bearing on the restarted league, I have no idea.

I suggest you spend a few minutes reading all of the original 2 squad league announcement and fixture discussion thread, and see if it shows why TS pulled out .

Never were any US squads down to fly in the afternoons during midweek, the fisrt set of fixtures that included TS would of been midweek evenings, only us v us or euro v euro fixtures were made on the Tuesday. Why TS are still sulking about this is beyond me.. you guys pulled out, there's been no communication from either your x/o or c/o even questioning the times, these are the people you should be asking questions of...
