Tides of War

We have a plan for allowing players to create Squadrons/Taskforces (like Clans) with an insignia or [+] some type of logo. Ship ID's and Names will likely belong to the "Navy", players may be able to earn the right to have a ship named after them. Excellent (long time) Commanders could conceivably have a ship class named after them.
