All members of the ToW club need to realize the actions they take and the reputation they hold on the battlefield not only reflect on them, but the entire ToW community. It’s important for everyone to represent ToW in an upstanding and honorable way, both within our gaming environment as well as any other club/clans gaming environment. The following CoC applies to all modes of communication and game play that is ToW Club sponsored. ToW strives to be the best club in the gaming community and only a select few will become ToW members.

1. FUN, FAMILY, FRIENDS and R&R is more important than winning!
    
   
2. RESPECT fellow club members and guests at all times. If you have problems with the club or any club member, notify a club officer immediately. The club officer will attempt to resolve the issue on the spot. If need be, a committee will be established to resolve the issue and the committee’s decision will be final.
    
   
3. CHEATING/HACKING will not be tolerated. Not in our environment or any other. Accusations of cheating will be met with a warning and investigation with the ultimate punishment for cheating being DISMISSAL FROM THE CLUB! An accusation of cheating is serious, don't do it unless you have definitive proof. Don’t embarrass the club by using hacks or mods that give you an unfair advantage. If you don’t have the skills to play without cheating, then don’t play.
    
   
4. COURTESY is our club language. All ToW Club Members and ToW Club sponsored Battlegroups (to include the Future Hero’s & Legends (FLH)) will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Rudeness, inappropriate and /or foul language is prohibited in our club. (yes, this means Teamspeak rooms). Again, RESPECT is our golden rule. Do not insult other clubs/clans/groups, especially in their servers. We don’t like others doing it on ours, so don’t do it on theirs. Area’s to steer away from: Politics, Religion, and Racial remarks; there are others but you get the jest.
    
   
5. RECRUITMENT and MEMBERSHIP will be handled as invite only. Any gamer, over the age of 21 will have the opportunity to join ToW provided there is an opening. Recuitment: Any person that is being considered for ToW Club membership must be exposed to this CoC as part of their introduction to the Club and its ways and means. Applicants must provide the Club Secretary with current contact information AND when such information as it changes. Member information is for internal use only and will never be given to anyone outside the club. The current membership will consist of 30 voting members and an unlimited supply of recruits. Any position vacated by the 30 voting members will be filled by an active recruit and voted in by the membership. All new members or recruits will go through a 90 day probation period. This is not a test of your skills, but more of a test of your attitude, availability, and fit ability within the club. The current membership within the ToW is $10 a month. Only paying ToW members will have a vote concerning club actions. All other members have a voice; your comments & opinions will be heard. All ToW members will have completed an official application located in the ToW club room in the forums. Your skills are important but dependability is a must.
